These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The 3-Hour Guidance Business Course ("Course") provided by Nik Huno LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and accessing the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Course.

3. Course Access and Delivery

3.1. The Course is delivered entirely online through our chosen platform.

3.2. Upon successful payment, you will receive lifetime access to the Course materials, subject to:

• Continued operation of our delivery platform (Thrivecart)
• Your compliance with these Terms
• Technical limitations beyond our control

3.3. Community Access:

• Two months of complimentary access to the Conscious Entrepreneurs Community
• After two months, continued access requires a separate paid subscription
• Community access is a bonus and not a core component of the Course
